The Admiral’s Salmon After defeating the British Navy, French Admiral Comte de Grasse shared his favorite fish recipe with General Washington. Fresh salmon steaks oven baked with carrots, onion, capers and cilantro in a light lemon oil dressing. Served with rice. $14..99
